Limited Warranty

Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under normal use upon arrival for up to 2 years. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Coite & CO LLC will, at its sole discretion, provide for the replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch or any part original to your model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of replacement.

To obtain a replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized Coite & CO LLC retailer or service provider, who will provide additional instructions. If the watch was purchased in the Coite & CO LLC online store, or if you wish to obtain the contact information of authorized Coite & CO LLC retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department at coiteandco@gmail.com.

If you mail your watch for replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchbands or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.

Although you may not be charged for replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Coite & CO LLC retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void due to abnormal use or mishandling, please see section below to receive a replacement. 

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals
- Theft

Lifetime Warranty

Damage of any kind, if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, water damage, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship, can be replaced for a fraction of the cost. Each watch has a different replacement cost, please contact us for your specific model. There is a limit to one watch per year, per serial code, from the time the watch was replaced originally. Please use the original box the watch came in to ship back for replacement. When replacing a watch under the Lifetime warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Coite & CO LLC retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling.

This lifetime warranty does not cover the following:
- Theft
- Unauthorized Retailer or Service providers

Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Coite & CO LLC retailer or service provider is not covered under this warranty and shall void the warranty.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO YOUR WATCH ONLY. YOUR WATCH WARRANTY CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED AFTER INITIAL WARRANTY SETUP.

ALL WATCHES PURCHASED FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE WILL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AT SOLE DISCRETION OF COITE&CO. 

COITE & CO LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
