How does the lifetime warranty work?
We understand that mistakes happen, if for any reason you destroy your watch, we will replace it for a fraction of the cost. Send in the watch, and we will analyze what damage has been done, and determine whether it will be covered by us or by you.
How does the limited warranty work?
Despite every watch being tested and approved, sometimes we make mistakes too. If your watch is not properly working on arrival, send it back in, and we will replace it for free.
What movements do you use in your watches?
We currently are producing watches using Seiko NH35a and Miyota 8215 movements. Both are work horse movements in the industry and have been very reliable.

We are a small start up company, hoping to provide the best customer service available for our clients. If you need anything, you will be talking to one of the three owners.
Why do you produce a limited number of watches?
If we keep our production numbers low, we are able to make a real connection with our customers. We want every one of our customers to feel like they have invested into something worthwhile.
